L'Histoire de MERO
MERO, a property renovation company in Île-de-France , was founded in 2017. It was created by property renovation specialists who have been working in the sector since 2006.
The company initially offers its facade renovation and roof renovation services , before adding elevation to its catalog from 2020, thanks to the creation of its own in-house design office.
Another atypical activity stemming from its passion for heritage, the company invested in the same year in the very particular world of thatched roofs , a heritage covering that it can handle anywhere in France, thanks to the creation of a network of thatchers.
The MERO team is made up of qualified craftsmen, architects and site managers who work on the most complex renovation projects (including the restoration of listed or classified historic monuments).
The company’s objective is twofold: on the one hand, to participate in the preservation of highly specialized trades, and on the other hand, to offer more “conventional” facade renovation and roof renovation services, particularly on individual houses, but also on condominium buildings.
Being passionate about heritage does not, however, prevent the company from moving with the times!
Since 2021, MERO has been using its roofers and facade specialists, offering various exterior thermal insulation solutions (including for roofs, using the sarking method ).
A true pioneer in the sector, the company is one of the few specialists in the exterior insulation of old buildings , particularly with its exterior lime-cork coating solutions.
MERO has thus been able to preserve its heritage know-how and its high technicality, whether for the renovation of old buildings or for renovation work on contemporary houses.
Today, our team works on all types of facades (stone facades, millstone houses, lime rendering, etc.) and roofs (slate, zinc, tile, roof extensions, etc.).
